The Buyerday.com Quote Request service helps buyers to request a price for a product or service from multiple sellers at the same time. This saves sellers time, and it also gives buyers the opportunity to compete on price.

First, the buyer submits a Quote Request form. The form is checked and Verified by the Buyerday.com team, and the details are matched to suitable sellers. The sellers chosen by the team may then quote a price.

The buyer can review multiple quotes from different sellers and select the quote (or quotes from more than one seller) that is suitable for them.

All buyers remain anonymous until they decide to select one or more sellers. However, they can access each seller’s information to make an informed choice about which seller(s) to choose.

1. The buyer selects the relevant category for the products and services they wish to buy.
2. The buyer then completes a quick Quote Request form with their requirements.
3. The Quote Request is verified by the Buyerday.com team and the buyer is emailed to confirm that their Quote Request has been accepted.
4. Buyerday.com then send the Quote Request to the sellers in the selected category and location.
5. Sellers respond to the Quote Request with their price.
The buyer selects a quote (or quotes) and the purchasing cycle begins.

All users must be registered with Buyerday.com.

Sellers are not charged to receive Quote Requests. Instead, sellers are charged a fee for every quote they submit.

Our seller matching service is FREE for buyers.

Yes! Buyers can get free price quotes in any category, and there’s no limit to amount of Quote Requests a buyer can submit.

The numbers of sellers matched to each Quote Request will vary according to the category and location the buyer specifies. On average, Quote Requests are matched to 3-5 sellers, but usually no more than ten.

Yes, if that seller has provided a quote in response to their Quote Request. Each seller’s contact information is included in the quote. Complete information about a buyer is hidden until their quote is accepted.

Many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and email providers now block or filter email that is not from a "safe sender” to try to limit the amount of junk email (‘spam’) their customers receive.

Buyerday.com communication will be sent to you exclusively through email, so it is very important that you add the Buyerday.com domain to your list of accepted or ‘safe’ senders. This list is sometimes called a ‘whitelist’.

Buyerday.com targets small and medium size companies from all over the world.

A seller can select a maximum of 10 categories. They can respond to Quote Requests from all of those categories.

We try to provide buyers with 4-6 responses to each Quote Request so that they can make an informed choice. The maximum number of quotes varies depending on the category.

Sellers do not have to pay to receive Quote Requests, but they need to buy credit points to submit a response. Seller can purchase credit points in bulk to save money, as follows:

• $10 = 10 points
• $25 = 35 points
• $50 = 75 points
• $100 = 150 points

Any buyer or seller can close their Buyerday.com account at any time. Simply email our team: support@buyerday.com.

We allow buyers to cancel Quote Requests in limited circumstances. The buyer must provide a genuine reason for cancelling their request. This is to make sure that sellers do not waste time answering Quote Requests that are not genuine. If a buyer cancels a Quote Request, any sellers who responded will have their credits returned.

• The minimum program commitment is 30 days.
• Sellers must pay for each response they send.
• Sellers must also pay a $20 annual maintenance fee. The first year is free.

Your account will be activated within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification when your account is active.
